Ingredients
- Pizza dough
- 1 cup marinara sauce,
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 lb bacon, cooked, chopped
- 1 ½ cups mozzarella , shredded
- 1 ½ cups Parmesan , grated
- 6 large scallops , cut into quarters
- or eighths, depending on size
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 °.
- Dust a pizza stone or pizza cooking pan with cornmeal or flour.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a large circle. Roll the edges inward to create a ridge around the p izza. Place the pizza dough on the pizza stone.
- In a small bowl, stir together the marinara sauce and the sour cream until it is combined . Spread the sauce evenly over the pizza . Evenly sprinkle the bacon over the sauce. Next evenly divide the cheeses over the pizza. Top the cheese with the scallops .
- Bake the pizza until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbling, about 16 minutes .
