  1. Set aside several garbanzo beans and olives as a garnish .
  2. Combine remaining garbanzo beans , olives , olive juice , lemon juice , olive oil , garlic , cumin , and paprika in a blender and process until smooth or desired consistency.
  3. Transfer to a small serving bowl sprinkle with the extra smoked paprika , a drizzle of olive oil , and the garbanzo beans and olives you set aside.
  4. Serve with pita chips or corn tortillas.
