  1. Prepare barbecue (medium -high heat).
  2. Halve dough ; roll two 10-inch rounds on floured work surface .
  3. Irregular shapes are fine.
  4. In a small bowl mix a ¼ cup olive oil with a punch of salt and pepper .
  5. Brush one side of each pizza dough with oil mixture.
  6. Grill pizzas, oiled side down, until golden on bottom, about 4 minutes. Turn pizzas over. Brush again with oil mixture and then sprinkle with parmesan , arugula , sausages , figs, onions , and goat cheese . Grill until pizza is crispy and cheese starts to melt , about 4 minutes.
